Adidas and Yohji Yamamoto's Y-3 label continues their run of unique and progressive footwear designs with the Kaiwa silhouette. The grey and silver multi-panel premium leather and neoprene upper features ample stitch detailing throughout, a slip-on bootie with an extended tongue and a lace closure. Yamamoto's distinct aesthetic is most evident on the chunky midsole, with white tubular foam protrusions along the heel and a midfoot outrigger that features debossed "Yohji Yamamoto" branding along with the designer's stitched signature on the underside of the black tongue. Grey suede overlays on the eyestay and rear quarter, and a beige suede heel tab embossed with Y-3 branding finishes off the details.
